YOUTH PROGRAMS

Our specialized youth certified trainers are anointed to work with children.  One in three school-aged youth are overweight and obese. Weight status is one component of fitness and is associated with health, physical activity behaviors, nutrition, and fitness. We realize that kids can greatly improve their physical and spiritual fitness, health and athletic performance through proper and early training. By focusing on the right physical and mental exercises early, kids can improve athletic performance, build coordination, fight obesity, and gain a tremendous amount of confidence. Additionally, the earlier kids begin to build the proper mindset, techniques and habits in physical training, the sooner they’ll be able to progress to more challenging and stimulating exercises in their training. 

Multiple forms of exercise training will greatly enhance the physical performance of young athletes. Further, the right kind of training can protect a child's muscles and joints from sports-related injuries, and strengthen their bones. Appropriate forms of strength training, speed training, and plyometrics training, coupled with a healthy overall lifestyle, can have a synergistic effect on youth confidence and performance. Through safe and prudent exercise progression, our professional trainers help children and young adults start on the path to improved physical and spiritual health and fitness, and become much better athletes along the way.  Exercises for children will be fun and incorporate bodyweight movements, aerobics, kickboxing, strength training, Pilates, Christian yoga, hip-hop praise dance, and more.

KIDS FIT & FUN ACTIVITIES - AGES 7-12

Camouflaged physical activity makes getting fit interesting, fun and more in keeping with a child’s natural way of moving.  Camouflage Fitness Incorporate health-related fitness components: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition/weight management. 

Kids will enhance their coordination skills as well as build confidence and self-esteem all while having fun.

Tag games, walk/run/jump activities, fitness circuits, and relays provide the same benefits as more structured exercise, but are better tolerated by young kids.

FIT & FUN ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

Monster Mash, Hula Hoop, Top Gun, Hand Hockey, Jump Rope, Team Pin Guard, Egg & Spoon, and many more.  These activities help children develop active, positive lifestyles and are designed to improve kids’ fitness levels and readiness for any sport.
