What’s Happening at Fit4Life?

Exciting news!  We now accept Silver Sneaker and Prime Members, which are programs offered and sponsored through various employer insurance programs.  If you have not reached out to your insurance company yet, call  1-888-242-2060 for eligibility inquiries.  Welcome to all of our new Prime and Silver Sneaker Members. You fit right into the Fit4Life family!

 

Upcoming Schedule changes:

Chana is available and will start teaching Strong by Zumba (no dancing but choreographed) every other Saturday on April 28, 2018.  💪 

 

Starting May 9, 2018, I will start teaching a weight/strength training class every Wednesday night at 6 pm, and Lynn will follow with Yoga. But for now, Lynn is only available to teach Yoga every other Wednesday.  We will switch off between Yoga and Pilates every other week.  

 

Lisa will be back on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 am teaching kickboxing and will continue teaching her circuit class on Tuesday evenings at 7 pm💪

 

Upcoming Events:

Bootcamp

A new 5-Week Boot Camp session will start on May 11, 2018 starting at 6:15 pm.  The cost is $60.  Please sign up early so that I will know if we will run the session.  Let’s get summer ready!💪

 

Zumba Party  

We will have a Zumba Party on May 25, 2018.  The party will start at 7:30 p.m. and Lynn will be leading us in some fun dance moves. I will also lead us in at least three fun dance/Zumba routines.  Let’s party and have fun like only we can!  The cost is $10 and light refreshments will be available.  It will be similar to the party in we had in February.  We had a blast!  We hope you can join us!🎈💄

 

Arbonne

We are currently using Arbonne products for our second detox of the year.  We will use Arbonne next quarter as well so long as we receive all products on time.  I believe in the quality of the products and am liking the results of everything I have used.  I also like the results I am seeing in everyone thus far.  I will be featuring the prebiotic/probiotic, liver cleanse tea, energy fizz sticks, 7-Day Body cleanse, fiber, muscle recovery, fitness caramel chews, plant-based protein bars, 7-Day Body cleanse, Toning/Firming Cream, individual packets of the protein powder, and the Harmony oil.  These are all items I’ve used, trust, believe in and have seen results. If you are interested in anything let me know.  

 

Upcoming Subs:

I will be covering Lynn’s Saturday morning classes on April 28, 2018 and May 12, 2018.  Belinda will be covering my Saturday morning class on May 5, 2018 as I will be speaking/table/vendor at a Women’s Day event.

 

Quick Health Tip:

Stay away from sugar….sugar is just one molecule away from cocaine (very addictive).  Have your sweet treats in moderation please. The liver can only store so much sugar. When the liver is maximally full, the excess sugar is converted by the liver into fatty acids (that's right – fat!) and returned to the bloodstream, where is taken throughout your body and stored (that's right – as fat!) Unhealthy, unnatural sugar overload will go to major organs and turn into disease.  Eat well! 🍅🍏

 

The wonderful Chana will have her first speaking engagement on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 10 a.m. Fliers are on the table in the front lobby.  Please go out and support her if your schedule permits.  It’s going to be great!!
