Our team of fitness professionals offers individual and group-based methods to integrate and incorporate preferred physical activities in the daily lives of seniors.  The programs offer motivational self-care intervention that encourages older adults to take on health challenges and maintain control of their physical and spiritual health and fitness. The exercise programs are highly adaptable, offering levels that are challenging enough for active and not so active older adults, and levels that are safe enough for the unfit or near frail. Thirty-minute and one-hour group sessions include, but are not limited to, stretching, flexibility, balance and stability, low-impact aerobics, Pilates, chair aerobics, and strength training.
