Meet Belinda

I was first introduced to the importance of fitness while working at Fitness USA (previously known as Silhouette American Health Spa) in the early eighties. I worked as an Assistant Manager Trainee and sold membership contracts to potential clients and taught exercise classes. My fitness career kicked off in 1984 while working for a company called Fitness Factory. During my years with Fitness Factory, I learned a great deal about teaching and leading group exercise classes. The skills and techniques I obtained were due to attending fitness workshops that were held quarterly each year. As a result of these trainings, I was able to teach group classes at many businesses and corporations within the Metro Detroit area.

In 2004, I obtained my diploma in Fitness and Nutrition and then in 2010, I received my Personal Trainer Certification.

My love for fitness has continued over the years and hasn’t stopped. I enjoy teaching many types of classes which include body sculpting, kickboxing aerobics, and fit ball. My students are my inspiration and I love to interact with them throughout the workout. I aim to create fun and excitement in my style of teaching while at the same time challenging my students to give it their all to achieve their fitness goals. My motto is good music and positive reinforcements with my students make for a successful class.
