Felicia / Burn & Sculpt

This one-of-a-kind, interval and circuit, group training workout is done in an energetic environment and designed to improve muscle and cardio endurance.  The result is more energy, visible toning, and extra calorie burn. This is exercise training that stimulates metabolism and increases energy.  After three weeks of attending two sessions per week, power, speed and strength performance should improve.
